12” x 12” archival inkjet print, 2025 – 2026 – an assemblage of graphics and photographs, part of an ongoing body of work inspired by the Anthropocene. Exhibited at the Double Door Gallery, Islesboro, Maine 2026.

Rock Pigeons (also known as Feral Pigeons) at the ferry terminal Lincolnville Beach, Maine. They are a non-native species that came from Europe in the 1600s and are common to docks where they can nest in elevated structures similar to cliffs. The pigeons were flying fast around the ferry landing as we cast off. I was on the upper deck and was able to photograph them looking straight ahead. See related image.

This work explores contemporary perceptions of birds during the Anthropocene.
